Free Cost Estimate
For a cost estimate for your project, please send us your document—the entire document for shorter jobs or a 5-10 page sample for longer manuscripts (over 30 pages). It will also be helpful if you tell us when you need the work done by, and if there are any specific formatting requirements.
The Editing Process
Once you decide to use our service, you can send us the entire document as an email attachment, preferably in MSWord format. We will then edit the document, using Track Changes so that you can see all the changes made to the document.
While editing, we will retain your original style, flow, and choice of words as much as possible, while fixing all language problems. We will contact you if we have questions about the intended meaning in any passages in your manuscript. If you make minor additions or changes to your document after the editing is finished, we will check these at no extra cost.
Invoice and Payment
Once all the work you request has been completed, we will send you an invoice with instructions for paying by bank transfer or PayPal. If you would like to pay from a grant or university research account, BlueSky can issue a written estimate, statement of delivery, and invoice for this purpose, in either English or Japanese.
We guarantee that your document, once edited, will meet the standard expected of a well-educated native-English speaker in terms of spelling, grammar, punctuation, word usage, sentence structure, and style.
We will ensure that neither the contents of your work nor your personal information are disclosed to any third party.
