For proofreading and editing, BlueSky charges ¥4,200 per hour, or US$40 per hour for overseas customers. For Japanese-to-English translation, the standard charge is ¥15 per Japanese character. Payment may be made from a grant or university research account, by direct bank transfer, or by PayPal.
