To order a BlueSky case for use in a course, please fill in the form below and click Submit. BlueSky Publishing will respond within 24 hours, sending you a master copy of the case(s) and an invoice.

The price for each master copy or copyright permission is US$4 or ￥400, whichever currency you prefer. Payment may be made by PayPal, or bank transfer to BlueSky’s Mitsui Sumitomo Bank account.
